- Very easy to fill: 1. Open the valve on the back of the coolvest, 2.
Fill the coolvest with water (tap or bottle) and close the valve, 3.
Spread the contents of the coolvest evenly, 4. Repeat spreading on all
sides/surfaces of the coolvest and ensure even distribution, 5. Roll the
coolvest from top to bottom with open valve to remove excess air and
water, 6. Close the valve and the product is ready for use
